Nostalgia soon took place, memories in a swirl,
As she glimpsed her childhood in vintage paper girl.
Her love for her paper girl, Gertrude, did not fade.
A dress up app installed on her phone gave her aid.
Poured her passion in creating her Avatar.
Transferred to Rosemarie, her love for the other.
With editing skills honed, she embarked on a quest,
To merge past and present, a concept she'd digest.
When classic meets modern, in dresses they adorn,
Gertrude and Rosemarie, from the day she was born.
In her mind's eye, they're a mother and a daughter,
Names whispered with love, in memories they saunter.
Gertrude brought her a life without complexity,
A refuge from pressures, moves with simplicity.
Classic Gertrude brought back a time when all felt right.
Modern Rosemarie is like a star in the night,
In Gertrude and Rosemarie, her heart finds its gleam,
